- Dogs are children in a fur coat therefore walks are tailored individually to suit your dog.
- Dogs will always be kept on a lead unless written consent is given by the owner to be let off the lead. Also, your dog
will only be let off the lead if I am happy with the dog's recall. Using positive recall exercises can help overcome recall problems in our canine friends.

- Dogs must be micro-chipped - as from 2015 this is a legal requirement.
- A collar with ID must be worn at all times.
- Positive basic obedience techniques will be used if required
- With the owner's consent, treats (sometimes even homemade) will be given; they will be hypoallergenic and suitable for your dog if they have any diet allergies.
- After the walk and before being returned home, the dog will be towel dried if needed (towel supplied), given fresh water and, if allowed, given a treat to settle them in their home.
